Direct feedback from the customer is solicited before, during and after each task order is completed, allowing the customer to provide input to changing project requirements.

Product and service quality reviews and evaluations

All PTI design drawings, software products and reports are subject to internal review.

Mechanical design items are tested using 3D modeling.

Design drawings are structurally analyzed, and evaluated on content and manufacturability efficiency.

Software is extensively tested through the use of comprehensive QA datasets.

Interdisciplinary input

Employees with varied backgrounds review and work on tasks as teams to assure services meet our customer's needs.

Thorough documentation

User documentation is provided for all PTI-developed software.

Source code is documented with extensive comments compatible with the source programming language.

Monthly status report and schedule status are provided to our customers on all tasks.
